グローバルリーダー教育院（AGL） 山田道場のオープン道場で、事業創造・顧客開拓の実践ワークショップである「Lean Launchpad（全6回）」への参加者（個人 or チーム）を募集します。
「Lean Launchpad」は、「イノベーション」を「事業」にする為の実践トレーニングプログラムです。米国シリコンバレーの起業家であり、Stanford大学（Technology Venture Program）でも同様のアントレプレナー養成を行っているSteve Blank氏提唱のコンセプトを、学生の皆さんに合わせてアレンジしたプログラムです。尚、最優秀チームには、Steve Blank賞のトロフィーに名前が刻まれます。
「Lean Launchpad（全6回）」の参加の栞
本プログラムは、下記のような方に最適です。
(1)「組織」の価値ではなく、「個人」の価値で勝負したい、と思ってる方。
(2) 起業を含め、新たな事業を創り出してみたい、と思っている方。
(3) 既存のアイデアコンペ・ビジコンでは満足できない方
(4) AGL主催の「d.school comes to Tokyo Tech」「未来洞察」ワークショップや"Startup Weekend」等のイベントに参加した方
(5) 自身や研究室の研究成果の事業化を考えたい方
(6) 社会貢献含め持続可能な社会的起業を目指したい方
(7) 就職予定の方
大学院生・学部生（3年生・4年生）を問わず誰でも参加できます。チームでの参加も構いません。締切は設定しませんが、参加人数に限りがありますので、参加希望の方、もしくは、参加を検討したい方は、下記情報を添えて、なるべく早めに山田道場主に連絡して下さい。
尚、第1回の合宿費用が、￥15,000-程かかります。

Call for participants to an OPEN DOJO program of "LEAN LAUNCHPAD" in 2015 spring semester.
"Lean Lauchpad (6 times of classes in Apr-Jun)", a core program at Yamada Dojo, AGL, is a practical training program for future leaders and entrepreneurs by developing "customers" of your innovative products and services with various methodologies. Steve Blank, aserial entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, originated this program and is engaged in the class in Stanford University Technology Venture Program.
The outline and schedule of "Lean Launchpad"
This program may fit for the students who;
(1) want execute their business with their own value, not the value of the organization to be belonged,
(2) want to create new business, including establishing an enterprise,
(3) want to understand the real meaning of "leadership" and/or "entrepreneurship",
(4) want to elevate the quality and/or value of your own research
(5) want to explore possibility of materializing business with the result of your research
(6) want to seek for sustainable Social Business
(7) want to get jobs in large enterprises
We accept both graduate students and under-graduate students either in indivisual and/or team.
