【講義の概要】
本講義では、リーダーに求められる要素として「対話力」「協働力」に焦点をあて、多角的な視点から物事を掘り下げることの意味、協働が有意義なものとなるために必要な条件などを、ワークを通して見出していきます。また、講義全体を通して、「人間力」とは何かを考え、リーダーシップの育成の根幹となる思想を紡いでいきます。
本講義は、「グローバルリーダー教育課程」の必修科目の一つとして位置づけられていますが，AGL生以外の学生の受講も歓迎します。ただし、本講義を履修した者は、人間力基礎Bは履修できません。

豊田光世（新潟大学研究推進機構朱鷺・自然再生学研究センター准教授）
「民主的な社会を支える意思決定とは？」という問いと対峙しながら、地域社会での対話の場づくりを進め、民主的な文化の醸成に寄与するための社会実装型研究に従事しています。特に、トキの野生
復帰に取り組む佐渡島をフィールドに、地域環境の保全に向けた話し合いと協働の場をデザインすることを通して、多様な主体の協働による環境ガバナンスのあり方について研究を進めています。専門は
環境倫理、合意形成、対話教育。 2015 年8 月までAGL 特任准教授を勤めたのち、現職は新潟大学研究推進機構朱鷺・自然再生学研究センター准教授。

【Outline of the course】
This seminar focuses on the cultivation of communicative and collaborative abilities, which are fundamental to leadership, through a variety of works. Students learn the meaning of multi-perspectival thinking and the conditions for meaningful collaboration. Through the examination of the concept of humanity, each student develops the basic thoughts concerning the cultivation of leadership.
Although this course is one of the compulsory subjects for "Academy for Global Leadership (AGL) Program", all Master-PhD candidates are welcome.
Students who take this course cannot take "Fundamentals of Humanity B".

【Lecturers Profile】
Associate Professor Mitsuyo Toyoda, CTER, Niigata University
I have been engaging in action-based research to contribute to the fostering of democratic culture, facilitating participatory processes for co-designing. My main research field is Sado Island, where the project of re-introducing the crested ibis has been taking place. I coordinate dialogical and collaborative workshops for environmental restoration and community development, and investigate how participatory environmental governance develops. Areas of interest are environmental philosophy, consensus building, and dialogue design.
