今期も、社会の最前線で活躍している方々からのレクチャーとディスカッションが１月から始まります。それに先立ち、オリエンテーションを下記の通り行います。勿論、興味あるゲストスピーカーの回にのみ参加でも構いませんが、できるだけその前に行う事前情報シェアにも参加して、予備知識を入れてからゲストスピーカーの回に臨んでいただくとより意義のある回になると思います。いつも言っていますが、ゲストスピーカーからの情報提供が主目的ではありません。自分たちが欲しい情報をゲストから聞き出すことが究極の目的です。
また、毎回、道場終了後に、ゲストスピーカーの方との懇親会も予定しています。尚、今期から、このシリーズはリーダーシッップ教育院（ToTAL）の「社会課題に認知：プロフェッショナルと価値創造 II」として正式科目にもなっているため、ToTAL所属生も参加します。
I am informing you that a series of Lecture and Discussion with professionals who are engaged in leading edge of business will be stared from January 2019. In advance to such series, an orientation will be made on 7/Dec(Fri). As usual, although you will be able to join only the class in which your preference(s) of Guest speaker will attend, it would be more informative for you to join Advanced Information Sharing classes as well. As I informed you before, hearing Guest Speakers lecture should not be the main purposes of these series of classes. It would be worthwhile for you to try to obtain your preferable information from the guest speakers as much as possible.
In the meantime, from this semester, this series of lectures and discussions has been established a part of course of "Professionals and value creation II", one of course of "Recognition of Social Issues" in ToTAL.

Presentation by the guest speakers will be made by Japanese. But questions and comments made by English will be accepted.
なお、以前予定していました日本IBM/星野部長の回は、同氏の同社退職が決まったためキャンセルとなりました。日本IBMでは別の方のアレンジを検討いただいています。日程が決まれば連絡します。
また、日産自動車/坂本副社長の回が確定しました。
全て、大岡山（S6-309B）とすずかけ台（J3-309）とでのリモート・アクセスが可能です）。
Please let me inform you that Mr. Hoshino/IBM Japan canceled the Dojo due to his resign of IBM Japan. IBM Japan is exploring another speaker. I will inform you new date and guest speaker once they decide.
On the other hand. Mr Sakamoto, Senior Vice President, Nissan Motors, will have a Dojo this year again.
