On December 21 and 22, Academy for Global Leadership (AGL) held an overnight Faculty Development (FD) Workshop and Student Joint Study Camp at the International Productivity Center in Shonan Village, Hayama, Kanagawa.
AGL program staff and academic advisors joined for the FD Workshop. Specific efforts by each Dojo were presented, followed by active discussions on education that would enable students to achieve their dreams.
At the Study Camp, 1st to 3rd term AGL students were grouped into four teams and given assignments, which they undertook with great enthusiasm. On the second day of the camp, each team presented their solutions. During the question and answer session, a number of comments were made by both advisors and students.
Despite taking place during the year-end holidays, the event was a very fruitful meeting for all attendees.
