It is difficult without a specialty to not only be a leader but also to acquire a position on a team. If you have great specialty, your value will be recognized, leading to opportunities to make a difference globally. In addition, I wholeheartedly believe that a strong human network is very important as it provides connections and assistance when you face difficult situations. AGL students will become leaders in their respective fields. Together we can develop our professional networks.

I think it's important to identify how the world you live in will change and find what role will be required there. It is imperative to have a broad vision. The world is full of information. Pay close attention by keeping up with current trends, reading about previous trends, and analyzing how past trends will influence the future. And you will find what role you can play in the tide of history.

Because AGL provides many opportunities to experience the world you have not seen before, I highly recommend that you challenge yourself in every endeavor and consider applying to AGL.

My advice would be to take action and contact an AGL faculty member even if you are slightly interested in AGL. Small actions can lead to great leaps. As an undergraduate, it may be difficult to understand all that AGL can offer.

I started working for a private company in April. Since then, I have realized that the AGL program has been extremely valuable. I truly believe that "the regret for not acting is always worse than the regret for taking a chance".

Soon we will be entering the working world. AGL teaches concepts and various examples to demonstrate "methods for creating value" that are required throughout all parts of society. We will have a different set of resources when we work for a company. AGL presents me with a rare opportunity to experience business creation, project execution, planning, and designing in a perfect environment where I can identify the values I can create and actually try them out.
